【摘要】："振海二號(hào)"是基于FG公司JU2000E船型設(shè)計(jì)的適用于400 ft(1 ft=0.3048 m)水深的自升式鉆井平臺(tái)。該型平臺(tái)最大的特點(diǎn)是將井控系統(tǒng)、固控系統(tǒng)、月池操作系統(tǒng)等鉆井系統(tǒng)的核心模塊高度集成于懸臂梁內(nèi)部,是全船除井架、鉆臺(tái)外,鉆井系統(tǒng)最集中的區(qū)域。懸臂梁內(nèi)部鉆井設(shè)備布置的合理性對(duì)鉆井作業(yè)的效率及安全有著至關(guān)重要的影響。文章通過對(duì)已建成的"振海二號(hào)"自升式鉆井平臺(tái)懸臂梁內(nèi)鉆井系統(tǒng)的布置設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出該鉆井系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)及有待改進(jìn)之處,為今后類似鉆井平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)提供指導(dǎo)性參考。
[Abstract]:Zhenhai No. 2 is a Jack-up drilling rig based on FG's JU2000E ship design, which is suitable for 400 ft (1 ft=0.3048 m) depth. The most important feature of the platform is that the core modules of drilling systems such as well control system, solid control system and moon pool operating system are highly integrated into the cantilever beam, which is the most concentrated area of drilling system except Derrick and drilling platform. The rationality of drilling equipment arrangement in cantilever beam plays an important role in the efficiency and safety of drilling operation. Based on the analysis of the layout design of the cantilever beam inner drilling system of the "Zhenhai No. 2" Jack-up drilling platform, this paper summarizes the advantages of the drilling system layout design and the improvements to be made. It provides guidance for the design of similar drilling platforms in the future.
