基于SEA的船舶螺旋槳橫振傳遞路徑分析及降噪研究

【摘要】:采用統(tǒng)計能量分析(SEA)對某船螺旋槳軸橫振在艙室中產(chǎn)生的噪聲進行了仿真,在圖論框架下將SEA系統(tǒng)等效為賦權(quán)有向圖,求解中高頻振動能量傳到艙室的主要傳遞路徑。使用偏離算法從賦權(quán)圖中得到了500條傳遞權(quán)重最大的路徑,從而確定螺旋槳振動傳遞到主機艙和集控室的主要路徑。分析結(jié)果顯示,螺旋槳橫振激勵主要通過二層甲板與橫艙壁的耦合傳遞到船首方向的艙室產(chǎn)生噪聲,雙層底和船殼對振動傳遞影響較小。在傳遞路徑結(jié)構(gòu)和耦合連接處采取降噪措施可使集控室的噪聲在各頻段降低3 d B。
[Abstract]:The noise generated by transverse vibration of a ship's propeller shaft in a cabin is simulated by statistical energy analysis (SEA). The SEA system is equivalent to a weighted directed graph under the framework of graph theory to solve the main transmission path of vibration energy from mid-high frequency to the cabin. The deviation algorithm is used to obtain 500 paths with the largest transfer weight from the weighted graph, so as to determine the main path from the propeller vibration to the main engine cabin and the centralized control room. The results show that the transverse vibration of propeller is mainly transmitted to the hatchroom in the bow direction by coupling of the two deck and the transverse bulkhead. The effect of double bottom and hull on the vibration transfer is small. The noise reduction in the transmission path structure and coupling connection can reduce the noise of the central control room by 3 dB in each frequency band.
