【摘要】：將直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制理論運用于主海水泵以實現(xiàn)泵的變頻控制,在保證系統(tǒng)冷卻量滿足所需熱負荷的前提下,根據(jù)不同主機負荷和不同海水溫度來調(diào)節(jié)海水泵轉(zhuǎn)速,并運用MATLAB/Simulink軟件對整個系統(tǒng)進行建模與仿真.結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)不同主機負荷和不同海水溫度實現(xiàn)海水泵轉(zhuǎn)速的自動調(diào)節(jié),具有良好的轉(zhuǎn)速、轉(zhuǎn)矩動態(tài)響應.此外,相比工頻模式,還有效減少了能源消耗.
[Abstract]:The direct torque control theory is applied to the main sea pump to realize the frequency conversion control of the pump. On the premise of ensuring that the cooling capacity of the system meets the required heat load, the rotational speed of the sea pump is adjusted according to the different host load and different seawater temperature. And use MATLAB / Simulink software to model and simulate the whole system. The results show that the system can automatically adjust the rotational speed of sea water pump according to different host load and different seawater temperature, and has good dynamic response of speed and torque. In addition, compared with the power frequency mode, also effectively reduce energy consumption.
