【摘要】：智能制造是"中國制造2025"的主攻方向,對促進我國船舶產業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重大意義。智能制造的核心是建立互聯互通的網絡化工業(yè)生態(tài),需要標準體系作為支撐。本文討論智能制造相關技術和標準化趨勢,認為現階段船舶產業(yè)制造端宜在鞏固夯實已有的數字化和自動化基礎上,在互聯互通和信息融合層面上進行重點突破。智能制造標準體系與現有的船舶工業(yè)標準體系在技術領域上有交集,但關注角度不同。在船舶產業(yè)智能制造標準化過程中,應對2個標準體系進行同步更新和維護,形成互補。
[Abstract]:Intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of "made in China 2025", which is of great significance to promote the development of China's shipbuilding industry. The core of intelligent manufacturing is to establish the interconnected network chemical industry ecology, which needs the standard system as the support. This paper discusses the related technology and standardization trend of intelligent manufacturing, and points out that at the present stage, the shipbuilding industry should make a breakthrough at the level of interconnection and information fusion on the basis of consolidating and ramming the existing digitization and automation. The intelligent manufacturing standard system intersects with the existing shipbuilding industry standard system in the field of technology, but from different perspectives. In the process of intelligent manufacturing standardization in ship industry, two standard systems should be updated and maintained synchronously to complement each other.
