深水導(dǎo)管架海上安裝水下基盤對接模擬計算及施工工藝

【摘要】:針對水下鉆井基盤在平臺導(dǎo)管架海上安裝時,施工難度增加、風(fēng)險增大的問題,通過某項目導(dǎo)管架海上安裝套水下基盤作業(yè)實踐,總結(jié)其施工工藝的特殊性,應(yīng)用SCAS軟件對套筒和導(dǎo)向樁之間的碰撞過程進行模擬計算,結(jié)果表明,導(dǎo)管架套筒與水下基盤導(dǎo)向樁對接碰撞應(yīng)力強度滿足規(guī)范要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the construction difficulty and risk increase when the underwater drilling base plate is installed on the platform jacket offshore, the particularity of the construction technology is summarized through the practice of underwater base plate operation of the jacket offshore installation sleeve of a certain project. The impact process between the sleeve and the guide pile is simulated by SCAS software. The results show that the stress intensity of the jacket sleeve and the underwater base plate guide pile meet the requirements of the specification.
