【摘要】:我國(guó)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)是少數(shù)具有國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,造船規(guī)模雖然位居世界第一,但仍稱不上造船強(qiáng)國(guó)。目前,有關(guān)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究主要集中在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的來源和評(píng)價(jià)兩方面,如運(yùn)用若干項(xiàng)指標(biāo)尋找船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的來源、建立競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系并提出相應(yīng)的評(píng)價(jià)方法,此外有少數(shù)學(xué)者對(duì)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力做過仿真研究。然而對(duì)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力形成機(jī)理的相關(guān)研究卻尚屬鮮見,能清晰的探索競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力形成機(jī)理,以提高船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,這將對(duì)我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)造船強(qiáng)國(guó)具有極其重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。 本文主要通過對(duì)我國(guó)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究現(xiàn)狀分析,一方面,借鑒產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的因果分析范式,探究我國(guó)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力形成機(jī)理的影響因素指標(biāo)和度量因素,并且建立了我國(guó)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力形成機(jī)理的分析框架;進(jìn)而構(gòu)建了我國(guó)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力形成機(jī)理的指標(biāo)體系;并且據(jù)此建立了我國(guó)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力形成機(jī)理的PLS的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,并進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了我國(guó)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力形成機(jī)理結(jié)構(gòu)模型的合理性及可行性。研究結(jié)果得出我國(guó)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的集中體現(xiàn),技術(shù)能力、產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境、船用配套與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施這四個(gè)因素影響產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模進(jìn)而對(duì)我國(guó)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力產(chǎn)生影響。 另一方面,根據(jù)有關(guān)動(dòng)態(tài)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的理論研究,結(jié)合我國(guó)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程,并參考第五章相關(guān)的研究結(jié)論,建立我國(guó)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力發(fā)展的四層次理論模型,并且分析了每一個(gè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力層次的特征,,以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力層次發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)驅(qū)動(dòng)因素及其內(nèi)在的聯(lián)系。最后根據(jù)元胞自動(dòng)機(jī)原理把理論模型轉(zhuǎn)化為數(shù)學(xué)模型,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了模擬仿真,通過調(diào)整模型中的參數(shù),模擬我國(guó)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展的機(jī)理。最后,通過我國(guó)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力形成機(jī)理的結(jié)構(gòu)模型以及動(dòng)態(tài)模型研究結(jié)果的分析,有針對(duì)性的提出提升我國(guó)船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相關(guān)策略。
[Abstract]:China's shipbuilding industry is one of the few industries with international competitiveness. Although shipbuilding scale ranks first in the world, it is still not a strong shipbuilding country.At present, the research on the competitiveness of the ship industry is mainly focused on the source and evaluation of the competitiveness, such as the use of a number of indicators to find the source of the competitiveness of the ship industry, the establishment of the competitiveness evaluation index system and the corresponding evaluation methods.In addition, a few scholars have done a simulation study on the competitiveness of the ship industry.However, the relevant research on the formation mechanism of ship industry competitiveness is still rare, which can clearly explore the formation mechanism of competitiveness in order to improve the competitiveness of ship industry, which will have extremely important strategic significance for our country to realize the shipbuilding power.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the research on the competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry, this paper, on the one hand, draws on the paradigm of causality analysis of industrial competitiveness, and probes into the influencing factors and measurement factors of the formation mechanism of the competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry.It also establishes the analytical framework of the formation mechanism of the competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry, and then constructs the index system of the formation mechanism of the competitiveness of the shipbuilding industry of our country.Based on this, the structural equation model of the formation mechanism of ship industry competitiveness in China PLS is established, and the empirical analysis is carried out. The result verifies the rationality and feasibility of the structural model of the formation mechanism of ship industry competitiveness in China.The research results show that the scale of China's shipbuilding industry is the concentrated embodiment of the competitiveness, the technological capability, the industrial environment, the ship matching and the infrastructure which affect the scale of the industry and then the competitiveness of the shipbuilding industry in China.On the other hand, according to the theoretical research on dynamic competitiveness, combined with the course of the development of China's shipbuilding industry, and referring to the relevant conclusions in Chapter 5, a four-level theoretical model for the development of the competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry is established.It also analyzes the characteristics of each level of competitiveness, as well as the leading driving factors of the development of competitiveness level and their internal relations.Finally, according to the cellular automata principle, the theoretical model is transformed into a mathematical model and simulated. By adjusting the parameters of the model, the dynamic development mechanism of the competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry is simulated.Finally, through the analysis of the structural model and the dynamic model of the formation mechanism of the ship industry competitiveness in China, the relevant strategies to enhance the competitiveness of the ship industry in China are put forward.
