平頭方尾運輸船舶開槽減阻研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的平頭方尾型運輸船舶具有載重大、吃水淺的優(yōu)點,但航行阻力大,航速低。文章針對該船型開展了開槽減阻的研究,通過在船底開設縱向槽道對艏部高壓區(qū)進行引流減阻來實現(xiàn)該船型高航速運輸?shù)囊蟆4w流場及阻力采用RANS方法進行數(shù)值模擬,并計及航行姿態(tài)的變化。通過改變槽道長度、寬度以及槽道頂板的傾斜角度,研究了減阻效果與槽道幾何特征的關系。研究表明,船底槽道的引流量是影響減阻效果的主要因素,當采用縱向貫穿的槽道,且槽道頂板傾斜角為-2°時,可使原船在30 kn下的減阻率達到23%以上。
[Abstract]:The traditional flat-headed square-tail ship has the advantages of high load and shallow draught, but the navigation resistance is large and the speed is low.In this paper, the research of slotted drag reduction is carried out for this ship form, and the requirement of high speed transportation of the ship form is realized by opening a longitudinal groove in the bottom of the ship to reduce the draining resistance of the bow high pressure area.The ship flow field and resistance are simulated by RANS method, and the change of navigation attitude is taken into account.By changing the length and width of the groove and the inclined angle of the roof of the groove, the relationship between the drag reduction effect and the geometric characteristics of the groove is studied.The research shows that the diversion flow of the bottom groove is the main factor affecting the drag reduction effect. When the longitudinal channel is adopted, and the slope angle of the top of the groove is 2 擄, the drag reduction rate of the original ship can reach more than 23% at 30 kn.
