基于大范圍應力三軸度的船用低碳鋼斷裂特性研究

【摘要】:基于有限元修正的平均應力三軸度值的方法,對缺口拉伸、純剪切、壓剪和單軸壓縮等多種應力狀態(tài)下的材料試樣進行計算。應力三軸度從-0.33到1.33,涉及壓縮、壓剪、剪切、拉伸、多軸拉伸等多軸應力狀態(tài)。最終擬合了兩種計及應力三軸度損失的斷裂準則,并通過Taylor桿撞擊試驗進行了仿真分析。結(jié)果表明:(1)艦用低碳鋼的斷裂應變與應力狀態(tài)密切相關(guān),且在不同的應力三軸度區(qū)間差異較大;(2)考慮應力三軸度影響的斷裂準則能較好地預測船用低碳鋼材料在復雜應力狀態(tài)下的斷裂行為。
[Abstract]:The average stress correction finite element method of three axis value based on notch tensile, shear, shear and uniaxial compression and other materials should be under stress of stress calculation.
