【摘要】：針對止動架重量過大及焊接、維修工藝性差等問題,提出將拓撲優(yōu)化方法應用到止動架輕量化設計中。首先,進行三角板模型的靜應力有限元計算,并對三角板模型進行拓撲優(yōu)化,通過對比三角板模型優(yōu)化前后的計算結果,驗證了拓撲優(yōu)化方法的可行性。然后將拓撲優(yōu)化方法應用到止動架結構優(yōu)化設計中,達到了輕量化設計的目的。該方法可應用于同類大型焊接結構件的輕量化設計,具有一定的工程應用價值。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of heavy weight, welding and poor maintenance process of the stop frame, the topology optimization method is applied to the lightweight design of the stop frame. Firstly, the static stress finite element calculation of the triangle plate model is carried out. The topology optimization of the triangle plate model is carried out, and the feasibility of the topology optimization method is verified by comparing the calculation results before and after the triangle plate model optimization. Then, the topology optimization method is applied to the structural optimization design of the stop frame. The method can be applied to the lightweight design of similar large welded structural parts and has certain engineering application value.
