彈性導體在可穿戴電子設備和軟機器人中至關重要.理想的本征彈性體導體在大形變下顯示出均勻的三維導電網絡結構和穩(wěn)定的電阻變化.其面臨的一個挑戰(zhàn)是,由于體彈性導體在形變下導電路徑斷開,電阻變化很大.我們的策略是將具有互連微孔的泡沫進行預拉伸,通過碳納米管在微孔表面自組裝形成導電層,隨后釋放預應變,從而在導電網絡中引入褶皺結構.在拉伸過程中,褶皺和微孔的變形都有助于電阻的穩(wěn)定(在70%應變下電阻變化2.0%).微觀結構和有限元分析表明,由于導電層中的缺陷,可以獲得不同形貌的二維褶皺結構.我們展示了其在全方位電氣互連、可拉伸電磁屏蔽和電熱腫瘤消融方面的應用.
