金屬離子摻雜提高全無(wú)機(jī)鈣鈦礦納米晶發(fā)光性質(zhì)的研究進(jìn)展

金屬鹵化物鈣鈦礦納米晶由于其卓越的光電子性能,在發(fā)光二極管、激光器、X射線成像、太陽(yáng)能電池及光電探測(cè)等領(lǐng)域中受到了極大的關(guān)注.與有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)雜化鈣鈦礦納米晶相比,全無(wú)機(jī)鈣鈦礦CsPbX3 (X=Cl, Br, I)納米晶具有更優(yōu)異的光電性能和更高的穩(wěn)定性.為進(jìn)一步提高CsPbX3納米晶的光致發(fā)光量子效率和穩(wěn)定性,有研究已經(jīng)著手調(diào)控納米晶的微觀結(jié)構(gòu),減少作為非輻射復(fù)合中心的缺陷.近年來(lái),在金屬離子摻雜CsPb X3納米晶過(guò)程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同種類和不同摻雜濃度的金屬離子對(duì)其電子能帶結(jié)構(gòu)和光致發(fā)光性能有著巨大的影響,基于金屬離子摻雜取得了光致發(fā)光量子效率接近100%的CsPb X3納米晶.本文綜述了近年來(lái)在CsPbCl3, CsPbBr3, CsPbI3和Mn2+摻雜CsPbX3 (Mn2+:CsPbX3)四種體系中通過(guò)金屬離子摻雜提高全無(wú)機(jī)鈣鈦礦納米晶光學(xué)性...
