粘度對紅外低發(fā)射率灰色涂層性能的影響

【摘要】:選擇不同粘度的料漿制得涂層,探究粘度對于涂層各性能的影響。對制得的涂層進(jìn)行表面觀察,采用發(fā)射率儀、色差儀及光澤度儀分別對其發(fā)射率、明度及光澤度進(jìn)行測試,并采用SEM對涂層表面形貌進(jìn)行分析,最后測試涂層的力學(xué)及耐鹽霧性能。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)料漿粘度在15~20 s時,涂層表面狀況較好,鋁粉可以被炭黑粒子均勻地覆蓋,涂層明度約為53,光澤度低至6.5,改變顏色的同時仍滿足低發(fā)射率的要求,約為0.14,且涂層具有優(yōu)異的力學(xué)性能及耐鹽霧性能。
[Abstract]:The coating was prepared by selecting different viscosity slurry, and the effect of viscosity on the properties of the coating was investigated. The surface of the coating was observed, the emissivity, brightness and gloss of the coating were measured by emissivity instrument, color difference instrument and gloss meter, and the surface morphology of the coating was analyzed by SEM.
