    1-3 piezo-composite materlals are widely investigated and applied at present.Presented in this paper are the theoretical models, methods of fabrication and results of laboratory studies of the composites. There are not only planar and thickness-mode resonances but also lateral-mode resonances in a circular 1-3 piezo-composite plate. Also pIesented here are the characteristics of the composites, such as low acoustic impeddnces, low dieiectric constants, high hydrostatic piezoelectric constants and the controllability of the PZT pillar distribution tvhich facilitate the improvement of the time and space-responses of the piezocomposite transducers.

    1-3型壓電復(fù)合材料是目前研究和應(yīng)用得比較廣泛的一種壓電材料.本文簡(jiǎn)述了這種壓電復(fù)合材料的理論模型、制作方法和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果;指出除了圓形PZT壓電材料所具有的徑向模和厚度模以外,1-3型壓電復(fù)合材料還具有橫向結(jié)構(gòu)模.本文介紹了這種壓電復(fù)合材料的特點(diǎn),如低聲阻抗、低介電常數(shù)、高靜水壓壓電常數(shù)以及PZT相分布的可控制性等.這些特點(diǎn)有利于改善壓電復(fù)合材料換能器的時(shí)間響應(yīng)和空間響應(yīng).

    用超聲波分散處理Fe3O4粉末同穩(wěn)定劑溶液的分散體系,使Fe3O4粉末能穩(wěn)定地分散成細(xì)微粒子,同時(shí)增強(qiáng)了Fe3O4細(xì)微粒子同單體、引發(fā)劑的親合性。苯乙烯—丙烯醛共聚物為高分子殼層,包裹Fe3O4得到了帶醛基的磁性高分子復(fù)合微球。微球粒徑可控制在50~200μm,微球中Fe3O4含量在0.4~1.5%之間,通過(guò)電導(dǎo)滴定法測(cè)定微球表面醛基含量在0.04~0.1mmoL·g-1范圍內(nèi)。著重考察了引發(fā)劑體系、穩(wěn)定劑體系、分散介質(zhì)等對(duì)微球粒徑、表面醛基含量的影響。
