固化工藝對玻璃纖維織物增強(qiáng)材料摩擦性能的影響

【摘要】:針對石棉摩擦材料的分解產(chǎn)物致癌且嚴(yán)重污染環(huán)境的問題,以力學(xué)性能優(yōu)異的玻璃纖維織物為基體,以酚醛-縮醛黏合劑為固化劑,制成新型無石棉復(fù)合摩擦材料。研究了固化溫度和固化時間、玻璃纖維織物的纖維方向以及酚醛-縮醛黏合劑對該材料摩擦性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)固化溫度為180℃,固化時間為1 h時,該復(fù)合材料表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的摩擦磨損性能,摩擦因數(shù)為0.25,且磨損最小;復(fù)合摩擦材料中垂直于纖維方向的磨損量比平行于纖維方向的少;該玻璃纖維復(fù)合材料摩擦磨損性能符合使用要求,又因其成本較低、耐熱性好、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度良好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),可被廣泛應(yīng)用于各個領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the decomposition products of asbestos friction materials are carcinogenic and seriously pollute the environment, a new type of non-asbestos composite friction material is prepared by using glass fiber fabric with excellent mechanical properties as matrix and phenolic acetal adhesive as curing agent.
