后熱處理對(duì)FSP制備Al-Ni復(fù)合材料組織的影響

【摘要】:采用攪拌摩擦加工技術(shù)制備了Al-Ni復(fù)合材料,并對(duì)復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行不同溫度的后熱處理。結(jié)果表明,Al-Ni復(fù)合材料主要相為Al3Ni,且有部分Ni粉未完全反應(yīng);通過后熱處理可促進(jìn)金屬間化合物形成,經(jīng)過450℃×6h后熱處理,生成相為Al3Ni和Al3Ni2;對(duì)合金化材料進(jìn)行熱處理時(shí),晶格缺陷的增生、擴(kuò)散以及缺陷的相互作用導(dǎo)致反應(yīng)的進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行。
