【摘要】：以玻璃纖維多軸向經(jīng)編針織物為增強體,以環(huán)氧樹脂為基體,將玻璃短纖維添加到玻纖織物增強體層之間,制備層間含有玻璃短纖維的多層多軸向經(jīng)編復(fù)合材料。利用萬能力學(xué)材料試驗機對復(fù)合材料的層間撕裂性能進行測試和電鏡掃描,對撕裂后的復(fù)合材料層間形態(tài)進行了觀察,研究了玻璃短纖維對復(fù)合材料層間性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,玻璃短纖維增韌處理的復(fù)合材料層間撕裂性能明顯增強,載荷-位移曲線初始斜率大,復(fù)合材料不易被以撕裂形式為主的載荷破壞。
[Abstract]:Using glass fiber as reinforcement and epoxy resin as matrix, glass staple fiber was added between glass fiber fabric reinforcement layer to prepare multi-layer multi-axial warp knitted composite containing glass staple fiber. The interlaminar tear properties of composites were measured by universal mechanical material testing machine and scanning electron microscope. The interlaminar morphology of the composites after tearing was observed and the effect of short glass fibers on the interlaminar properties of composites was studied. The results show that the interlaminar tear properties of the composites toughened by short glass fibers are obviously enhanced, the initial slope of load-displacement curves is large, and the composites are not easily destroyed by the main form of tearing load.
