可燃箔片的紅外、毫米波性能優(yōu)化技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)紅外誘餌無法有效對抗紅外/毫米波制導(dǎo)武器的現(xiàn)狀,初步制備了一種基于金屬箔片的可燃型復(fù)合材料。本課題為了提高該箔片的紅外輻射性能和毫米波散射性能,開展了可燃材料制備工藝優(yōu)化、材料添加劑選擇和箔片材料優(yōu)化技術(shù)研究。對可燃箔片的制備工藝條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化研究,利用紅外熱像儀和紅外光譜儀,研究了材料、形態(tài)等工藝變化對可燃箔片燃燒過程中溫度、輻射亮度和光譜特征等參數(shù)的影響規(guī)律,結(jié)果表明,選取合適的材料及比例、形狀尺寸都能夠有效提高可燃箔片的紅外輻射性能。依據(jù)紅外輻射理論以及可燃箔片的特性,選取了幾種添加劑,借助紅外熱像儀和紅外光譜儀,研究了添加劑及含量變化對可燃箔片燃燒過程中溫度、輻射強(qiáng)度以及光譜輻射亮度的影響規(guī)律;獲得了紅外輻射性能更優(yōu)的可燃箔片,最高燃燒溫度達(dá)到913.2℃,輻射亮度為1380W/Sr · m2,高溫持續(xù)時(shí)間26s。依據(jù)毫米波散射理論,利用RCS測試系統(tǒng),研究了形狀、尺寸、涂層厚度變化對可燃箔片雷達(dá)散射截面積的影響規(guī)律。研究表明,可燃箔片通過優(yōu)化可獲得更好的紅外輻射、毫米波散射性能。
[Abstract]:A kind of combustible composite material based on metal foil was prepared in view of the fact that the traditional infrared decoy could not effectively resist the infrared / millimeter wave guided weapon. In order to improve the infrared radiation performance and millimeter wave scattering performance of the foil, the preparation process optimization, material additive selection and foil material optimization technology were studied. The preparation conditions of combustible chaff were optimized. The temperature of combustible chaff during combustion was studied by using infrared thermal imager and infrared spectrometer. The results show that the infrared radiation performance of combustible chaff can be improved effectively by selecting appropriate material and proportion and shape and size. Based on the theory of infrared radiation and the characteristics of combustible chaff, several additives were selected, and the temperature during the combustion of combustible chaff was studied by using infrared thermal imager and infrared spectrometer. The effects of radiation intensity and spectral radiance on the properties of the combustible chaff with better infrared radiation performance were obtained.
