勻漿對(duì)果膠-殼聚糖復(fù)合膜性能的影響

【摘要】:以果膠、殼聚糖為原料,在室溫下聚合反應(yīng)生成復(fù)合物,干燥成膜。通過勻漿處理制備光滑平整的復(fù)合膜后,研究果膠與殼聚糖反應(yīng)比例、反應(yīng)溶液pH值、勻漿時(shí)間對(duì)復(fù)合膜性能的影響,通過正交試驗(yàn)確定果膠-殼聚糖復(fù)合膜制備的優(yōu)化工藝條件:果膠和殼聚糖比例3:1、反應(yīng)溶液pH 4、勻漿時(shí)間30 s,在此條件下制得的果膠-殼聚糖復(fù)合膜的性能:拉伸強(qiáng)度(11.48±0.33)MPa,斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率(33.59±0.51)%,溶脹率(14.36±0.24)%。通過掃描電鏡、原子力電鏡、紅外光譜、X-射線衍射分析手段對(duì)復(fù)合膜的結(jié)構(gòu)和特征進(jìn)行表征,結(jié)果表明:果膠的羥基和殼聚糖的氨基發(fā)生交聯(lián)反應(yīng),生成均勻網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)的果膠-殼聚糖復(fù)合物,該復(fù)合物為無定形結(jié)構(gòu)。通過勻漿處理,復(fù)合膜表面光滑,結(jié)構(gòu)致密,具有較好的性能。
[Abstract]:Using pectin and chitosan as raw materials, the composite was synthesized by polymerization at room temperature and dried to form film. The effects of the ratio of pectin to chitosan, the pH value of reaction solution and homogenization time on the properties of the composite membrane were studied. The optimum preparation conditions of pectin chitosan composite membrane were determined by orthogonal test: the ratio of pectin to chitosan was 3: 1, the reaction solution was pH 4, and the homogenization time was 30 s. Under these conditions, the properties of the pectin chitosan composite membrane were as follows: drawing. The elongation at break of (11.48 鹵0.33) MPa, was (33.59 鹵0.51) and the swelling rate was (14.36 鹵0.24). The structure and characteristics of the composite film were characterized by scanning electron microscope, atomic force electron microscope and infrared spectrum X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the hydroxyl group of pectin was crosslinked with the amino group of chitosan. The Pectin-chitosan complex with uniform reticular structure was formed and the complex was amorphous. Through homogenization treatment, the surface of the composite film is smooth, the structure is compact, and the composite film has good performance.
