WC基體育器械用復(fù)合材料的制備及磨損性能研究

【摘要】:研究了燒結(jié)溫度和SiC晶須含量對(duì)WC基體育器械用復(fù)合材料的顯微形貌、抗彎強(qiáng)度、斷裂韌性、硬度和摩擦磨損性能的影響,并分析了其作用機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)SiC晶須含量分別為0.4%和0.6%時(shí),WC基復(fù)合材料的抗彎強(qiáng)度和斷裂韌性都隨著燒結(jié)溫度的提高而呈現(xiàn)先增加而后降低的趨勢(shì),在燒結(jié)溫度為1 400℃時(shí)取得最大值;隨著SiC晶須含量的增加,SiC晶須改性WC基復(fù)合材料的硬度呈現(xiàn)先增加而后降低的趨勢(shì),在SiC晶須含量為0.4%時(shí)取得硬度最大值;隨著載荷的增加,不同SiC晶須含量的WC基復(fù)合材料的摩擦系數(shù)整體呈現(xiàn)逐漸降低的趨勢(shì);在相同的載荷條件下,SiC晶須含量為0.4%時(shí)WC基復(fù)合材料的摩擦系數(shù)最小。
[Abstract]:The effects of sintering temperature and SiC whisker content on the microstructure, flexural strength, fracture toughness, hardness and friction and wear properties of WC composite were studied. The results show that when the content of SiC whisker is 0.4% and 0.6% respectively, the flexural strength and fracture toughness of WC matrix composites increase first and then decrease with the increase of sintering temperature, and reach the maximum value at 1 400 鈩,
