生物質(zhì)中溫熱熔預(yù)浸料用環(huán)氧樹脂體系

【摘要】:采用生物質(zhì)松香酸酐固化劑,通過配方設(shè)計和篩選,由配方體系成膜性、膠膜儲存期、膠膜狀態(tài)及DSC測試初步確定生物質(zhì)環(huán)氧樹脂體系的配方組成環(huán)氧樹脂/固化劑/促進劑的質(zhì)量比為100/60/3~4。由動態(tài)/穩(wěn)態(tài)DSC測試和錐板旋轉(zhuǎn)黏度計對體系的固化特征溫度和黏度-溫度-時間特性進行研究,結(jié)果確定樹脂體系可在120~140℃完成固化,熱熔法預(yù)浸溫度范圍60~85℃,其黏度在1500~5000mPa·s,其中70℃操作時間達180min。最后由紅外光譜和DSC對生物質(zhì)環(huán)氧體系的固化反應(yīng)機理進行了研究。
[Abstract]:The curing agent of biomass rosin anhydride was used. Through the formulation design and screening, the film formation and storage period of the film were obtained by the formulation system. The composition of epoxy resin / curing agent / accelerator mass ratio is 100 / 60 / 3 / 4. The curing characteristic temperature and viscosis-temperature-time characteristic of the system were studied by dynamic / steady state DSC test and cone plate rotary viscometer.
