高性能復(fù)合材料——分子復(fù)合材料的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:分子復(fù)合材料是一種在分子水平上分散的剛/柔性聚合物增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料,其將傳統(tǒng)增強(qiáng)纖維與樹(shù)脂宏觀復(fù)合的概念擴(kuò)展到分子水平的微觀復(fù)合上,具有高強(qiáng)度、高模量的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。作為高性能復(fù)合材料的一類,研究與開(kāi)發(fā)分子復(fù)合材料對(duì)高性能復(fù)合材料的擴(kuò)展與創(chuàng)新具有重要意義。本文對(duì)分子復(fù)合材料的組成、制備方法及其相容性的控制進(jìn)行了介紹,并綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外分子復(fù)合材料的研究現(xiàn)狀。最后提出分子復(fù)合材料亟需解決的問(wèn)題并對(duì)其發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Molecular composite is a kind of rigid / flexible polymer reinforced composite dispersed at molecular level. It extends the concept of macroscopical composite of reinforced fiber and resin to micro composite at molecular level, which has the advantages of high strength and high modulus. As a kind of high performance composites, the research and development of molecular composites is of great significance to the expansion and innovation of high performance composites. In this paper, the composition, preparation method and compatibility control of molecular composites are introduced, and the research status of molecular composites at home and abroad is reviewed. Finally, the problems that need to be solved are put forward and the development prospect of molecular composites is prospected.
