【摘要】:對(duì)玻璃鋼蜂窩夾層共形承載天線(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)了常溫面內(nèi)剪切試驗(yàn),采用三明治夾芯板理論和分離式實(shí)體建模方法,利用ABAQUS軟件建立其與試驗(yàn)相符的有限元模型,并基于各向異性材料最大應(yīng)力準(zhǔn)則,使用USDFLD定義蜂窩芯失效準(zhǔn)則。結(jié)果表明:試驗(yàn)獲得了此類(lèi)結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵性的剪切強(qiáng)度和剛度數(shù)據(jù);模擬方法能準(zhǔn)確地模擬結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度和強(qiáng)度,從而驗(yàn)證了此類(lèi)結(jié)構(gòu)在面內(nèi)剪切載荷下的適應(yīng)性,為此類(lèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的使用提供了參考數(shù)據(jù),也為此類(lèi)結(jié)構(gòu)提供了一種較為準(zhǔn)確和可靠的模擬計(jì)算方法。
[Abstract]:The in-plane shear test of glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) honeycomb sandwich with conformal bearing antenna is designed. The sandwich panel theory and the separated solid modeling method are used to establish the finite element model which is consistent with the test by Abaqus software. Based on the maximum stress criterion of anisotropic materials, the failure criterion of honeycomb core is defined by USDFLD. The results show that the key shear strength and stiffness data are obtained, and the simulation method can accurately simulate the stiffness and strength of the structure, which verifies the adaptability of the structure under in-plane shear load. It provides reference data for the use of this kind of structure and a more accurate and reliable simulation method for this kind of structure.
