【摘要】:為了研究復合材料風力機葉片的彎扭耦合效應,將風力機葉片簡化為對稱非均勻鋪層層合板梁,采用實驗和數(shù)值分析方法研究耦合區(qū)域?qū)θ~片彎扭耦合效應的影響。給出了對稱非均勻?qū)雍习辶旱匿亴臃绞郊捌渲谱鞴に?設計了對稱非均勻?qū)雍习辶旱膹澟ゑ詈闲獙嶒?給出了實驗原理及測量方法,測量了對稱非均勻?qū)雍习辶旱膿隙群团まD(zhuǎn)角;贏NSYS軟件建立了對稱非均勻?qū)雍习辶旱挠邢拊P?計算了在集中力載荷作用下梁的變形。通過有限元數(shù)值分析結(jié)果與實驗結(jié)果對比,結(jié)果表明:耦合區(qū)域?qū)ΨQ非均勻?qū)雍习辶旱淖冃涡袨楫a(chǎn)生重要影響,采用中部耦合區(qū)域鋪層方式可以獲得顯著的彎扭耦合效應。
[Abstract]:In order to study the bending and torsion coupling effect of the blade of a composite material wind turbine, the blade of the wind turbine is simplified as a symmetrical and nonuniform layer laminate beam. The effect of the coupling region on the bending and torsion coupling effect of the blade is studied by experiment and numerical analysis. The experimental principle and measurement method of the bending and torsion coupling effect of the uniform laminated plate beam are given. The deflection and torsion angle of the symmetrical inhomogeneous laminate beam are measured. Based on the ANSYS software, the finite element model of the symmetrical inhomogeneous laminate beam is set up. The deformation of the beam under the load of the concentrated force is calculated. The results of the finite element numerical analysis and the results of the finite element analysis are given. The experimental results show that the coupling region has an important influence on the deformation behavior of the symmetrical inhomogeneous laminate beam, and a significant bending and torsional coupling effect can be obtained by using the middle coupling zone layer mode.
