箍筋約束ECC軸心受壓性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為研究箍筋約束工程纖維增強(qiáng)水泥基復(fù)合材料(ECC)的受壓性能,對12組共36個箍筋約束的配筋ECC圓形截面短柱進(jìn)行了軸心受壓試驗(yàn),分析了箍筋屈服強(qiáng)度和間距、ECC強(qiáng)度與PVA纖維體積摻量對約束ECC應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線的影響。結(jié)果表明:試件的破壞形態(tài)均為縱筋壓屈、核心ECC壓碎,由于PVA纖維的橋接作用,提高了柱的整體性,保護(hù)層ECC外鼓但并未剝落;提高箍筋屈服強(qiáng)度、減小約束箍筋間距、采用低強(qiáng)度ECC及增加PVA纖維體積摻量,約束ECC應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線的下降段較為平緩,短柱的延性得到改善,相對于較強(qiáng)的箍筋約束作用,PVA纖維對約束ECC變形的影響則較小;谠囼(yàn)結(jié)果的分析,提出了考慮有效約束指標(biāo)與PVA纖維體積摻量的箍筋約束ECC峰值應(yīng)力及其對應(yīng)應(yīng)變計(jì)算式,建立了約束ECC應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變?nèi)方程,計(jì)算曲線與實(shí)測曲線吻合較好。
[Abstract]:In order to study the compressive properties of concrete matrix composites reinforced by fiber reinforced by stirrups, the axial compression tests of 12 groups of reinforced ECC circular section short columns with 36 stirrups were carried out. The effects of yield strength and spacing of stirrups on the stress-strain curves of confined ECC were analyzed. The results show that the failure patterns of the specimens are longitudinal tendons buckling and core ECC crushing. Because of the bridging effect of PVA fibers, the integrity of columns is improved, the outer bulging of protective layer ECC is not flattened, the yield strength of stirrups is increased, and the spacing of confined stirrups is reduced. With the use of low strength ECC and increasing the volume content of PVA fiber, the decreasing section of the stress-strain curve of confined ECC is relatively smooth, the ductility of the short column is improved, and the effect of PVA fiber on the deformation of confined ECC is smaller than that of the strong stirrups. Based on the analysis of the test results, a formula for calculating the peak stress of stirrups constrained ECC and its corresponding strain considering the effective constraint index and the volume content of PVA fiber is proposed, and the whole stress-strain curve equation of constrained ECC is established. The calculated curve is in good agreement with the measured curve.
