石墨烯增強尼龍復合材料3D打印工藝研究

【摘要】:研究的是石墨烯增強尼龍復合材料(Graphene-PA6)如何合理應用于熔融沉積制造(FDM)3D打印技術。通過熔融共混法制備了該復合材料,并設計了正交實驗,對該材料的FDM工藝進行了詳細研究,得出以下結論:基于Graphene-PA6材料,當設置FDM工藝參數(shù)噴嘴溫度245℃,底板溫度60~70℃,打印速度27 mm/s,噴嘴直徑0.4 mm,層厚0.20 mm時,該復合材料的FDM工藝效果最好。對于制品力學性能結果值的影響程度由大到小分別是石墨烯含量、噴嘴溫度、打印速度和底板溫度。當石墨烯質量分數(shù)為0.05%時,用上述FDM工藝參數(shù)所打印出的成型件力學性能最佳。
[Abstract]:This paper studies how to apply the graphene reinforced nylon (Graphene-PA6) to fabricate FDM / 3D printing technology.
