貴金屬納米線的模板法制備及應(yīng)用研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:貴金屬納米線因獨(dú)特的光學(xué)性質(zhì)吸引了人們的普遍關(guān)注,已經(jīng)被廣泛應(yīng)用于生物傳感器、太陽(yáng)能電池、納米尺度光電器件領(lǐng)域。其光學(xué)性能主要來(lái)源于貴金屬表面的區(qū)域等離子體共振,而區(qū)域等離子體共振主要由金屬納米線的形狀、尺寸、組成以及電磁常數(shù)決定。簡(jiǎn)要地回顧了模板法合成貴金屬納米線的方法,討論了影響納米線光學(xué)性質(zhì)的因素,最后簡(jiǎn)述了應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Noble metal nanowires have attracted widespread attention due to their unique optical properties, and have been widely used in biosensors, solar cells and nanoscale optoelectronic devices. Its optical properties are mainly derived from the regional plasmon resonance on the surface of precious metals, and the regional plasmon resonance is mainly determined by the shape, size, composition and electromagnetic constant of the metal nanowires. The synthesis of noble metal nanowires by template method is reviewed briefly. The factors affecting the optical properties of nanowires are discussed. Finally, the application prospect of nanowires is briefly described.
