石墨烯基金屬卟啉復(fù)合材料的結(jié)構(gòu)形貌表征及其光電化學(xué)性能

【摘要】:石墨烯作為一種新穎的納米碳材料在許多領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的關(guān)注,并且有潛力應(yīng)用于染料敏化太陽(yáng)能電池、儲(chǔ)能材料與鋰離子電池等諸多領(lǐng)域。金屬卟啉衍生物與葉綠素在結(jié)構(gòu)上十分類似,同樣具有較高的光電轉(zhuǎn)化效率。將金屬卟啉配合物和石墨烯進(jìn)行復(fù)合制備,有望成為高性能的光電轉(zhuǎn)換材料。在本論文中我們采用了一種新穎的化學(xué)方法制備了石墨烯基金屬四苯基卟啉復(fù)合材料,并對(duì)此以石墨烯為基體、金屬四苯基卟啉為增強(qiáng)體的新穎復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)形貌表征與光電化學(xué)性能測(cè)試。整個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)節(jié)與步驟的具體內(nèi)容如下所示:1.石墨烯基金屬四苯基卟啉復(fù)合材料的設(shè)計(jì)與制備金屬四苯基卟啉由毗咯與苯甲醛直接縮合再和各種金屬鹽(Zn, Fe, Cu, Co)進(jìn)行配合而制得。最后利用金屬四苯基卟啉與石墨烯之間的共軛作用力,通過(guò)改進(jìn)的溶劑熱法去除氧化石墨烯上大量的含氧基團(tuán)制得復(fù)合材料。結(jié)構(gòu)形貌測(cè)試表明石墨烯有效地控制了金屬四苯基卟啉納米粒子形成的尺寸與形貌。2.石墨烯基金屬四苯基卟啉復(fù)合材料的光電性能的探究通過(guò)對(duì)復(fù)合材料光電流、光伏響應(yīng)與材料阻抗特性的研究。我們發(fā)現(xiàn)石墨烯顯著地提高了金屬四苯基卟啉在紫外可見(jiàn)光波段的光吸收度,降低了復(fù)合材料的阻抗特性,提高了光電流響應(yīng)。此現(xiàn)象主要?dú)w因于石墨烯與金屬四苯基卟啉之間的協(xié)同作用,提高了光生電子與空穴的有效分離與電子遷移能力。
[Abstract]:Graphene, as a novel nano-carbon material, has received extensive attention in many fields, and has the potential to be used in many fields such as dye sensitized solar cells, energy storage materials and lithium-ion batteries. The metalloporphyrin derivatives are similar to chlorophyll in structure and have high photoelectric conversion efficiency. The metalloporphyrin complex and graphene are prepared, which is expected to be a high performance photoelectric conversion material. In this paper, a novel chemical method was used to prepare graphene based metal tetraphenylporphyrin composites, and graphene was used as matrix. The structure and morphology of a novel composite reinforced by tetraphenylporphyrin were characterized and its photochemical properties were tested. The details of the whole experiment and the steps are as follows: 1. Design and preparation of Graphene based Metal Tetraphenylporphyrin Composites the Tetraphenylporphyrin was synthesized by the direct condensation of pyrrolidine with benzaldehyde and the coordination of various metal salts ZnFeCuCo. Finally, by using conjugate force between tetraphenylporphyrin and graphene, the composites were prepared by a modified solvothermal method to remove a large number of oxygen-containing groups from graphene oxide. The structure and morphology test showed that graphene could effectively control the size and morphology of tetraphenylporphyrin nanoparticles. Study on the photoelectric Properties of Graphene based Metal Tetraphenylporphyrin Composites the photocurrent, photovoltaic response and impedance characteristics of the composites were studied. It is found that graphene can significantly increase the light absorption of tetraphenylporphyrin in the ultraviolet and visible band, decrease the impedance characteristics of the composites, and improve the photocurrent response. This phenomenon is mainly attributed to the synergism between graphene and tetraphenylporphyrin, which improves the effective separation and electron migration of photogenerated electrons and holes.
