碳纖維層合板膠接性能研究

【摘要】:由于先進(jìn)復(fù)合材料具有高比強(qiáng)度和剛度、優(yōu)異的抗疲勞力學(xué)性能并且可以對(duì)材料進(jìn)行自主鋪層的優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此先進(jìn)復(fù)合材料是改善產(chǎn)品性能的關(guān)鍵材料,廣泛的應(yīng)用在了汽車、飛機(jī)等領(lǐng)域。如今,整體化設(shè)計(jì)與制造是汽車設(shè)計(jì)中可以有效提高車身結(jié)構(gòu)效率的重要手段之一。但是,在汽車復(fù)合材料結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中,部件間的連接設(shè)計(jì)仍然是結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中必須考慮的問(wèn)題。膠接技術(shù)是汽車輕量化未來(lái)發(fā)展中的關(guān)鍵性技術(shù)之一,在異質(zhì)連接性能、密封性、抗疲勞性能等方面都要比傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械連接性能更加優(yōu)良。由此可知,研究膠接力學(xué)的性能,改進(jìn)膠接接頭膠接強(qiáng)度的預(yù)測(cè)方法及理論,可以為車身連接結(jié)構(gòu)及優(yōu)化過(guò)程中有效應(yīng)用該技術(shù)提供重要的指導(dǎo)作用,并且可以提高國(guó)內(nèi)汽車的輕量化發(fā)展及自主研發(fā)能力,該技術(shù)的研究使用具有非常深遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略意義。以此為背景,本文針對(duì)影響膠接接頭的因素本文開(kāi)展了對(duì)T800/924C復(fù)合材料層合板膠接單搭接模型采用力學(xué)解析、有限元模擬相結(jié)合的方法,,對(duì)單搭接模型的膠接性能進(jìn)行了研究。 主要工作內(nèi)容概括如下: 首先,對(duì)碳纖維層合板單搭接接頭進(jìn)行力學(xué)建模,提出相關(guān)的數(shù)學(xué)函數(shù),通過(guò)被粘層合板的屈曲載荷估算接頭可以承受的最大拉伸力。 其次,在橫梁彎曲理論的基礎(chǔ)上,分析加載上述最大拉伸力膠接接頭處膠層正應(yīng)力和剪應(yīng)力的分布情況,論證通過(guò)層合板的屈曲載荷估算膠接接頭可承受的最大拉伸力是合理的。 再次,通過(guò)ABAQUS有限元軟件分析膠接接頭不同膠層厚度時(shí)的應(yīng)力分布情況,對(duì)前文的力學(xué)研究進(jìn)行對(duì)比和驗(yàn)證。 最后,對(duì)今后應(yīng)用于汽車上的碳纖維復(fù)合材料的膠接性能研究工作進(jìn)行了展望。 本文通過(guò)膠接接頭的應(yīng)力解析模型和有限元模擬分析的方法全面的分析了膠接接頭的應(yīng)力分布狀態(tài)、接頭強(qiáng)度性能以及其他可能影響膠接連接的因素。研究證明了利用復(fù)合材料碳纖維層合板的初始屈曲載荷來(lái)估算膠接接頭可承載最大拉伸力的方法是完全可行的,本文的分析結(jié)果為汽車輕量化中應(yīng)用該技術(shù)提供了有力的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Because advanced composites have the advantages of high specific strength and stiffness, excellent anti-fatigue mechanical properties and the ability to layer the materials independently, advanced composite materials are the key materials to improve the properties of the products and are widely used in automobiles. Aircraft, etc. Nowadays, integrated design and manufacture is one of the most important methods to improve the efficiency of automobile body structure. However, in automotive composite structure design, the design of joint between components is still a problem to be considered in structural design. Adhesive bonding technology is one of the key technologies in the future development of automotive lightweight. The performance of heterogeneity connection sealing and fatigue resistance is better than the traditional mechanical connection performance. It can be seen that studying the mechanical properties of adhesive joints and improving the prediction method and theory of bonding strength can provide important guidance for the effective application of this technology in the process of body structure and optimization. And it can improve the lightweight development and independent R & D ability of domestic automobile. The research and application of this technology has a very profound strategic significance. In this paper, the mechanical analysis and finite element simulation are used to study the adhesive properties of T800 / 924C composite laminated laminates by means of mechanical analysis and finite element simulation. The main work is summarized as follows: Firstly, the mechanical model of carbon fiber laminated single lap joint is established, and the related mathematical function is presented. The maximum tensile force of the joint can be estimated by the buckling load of the bonded laminated plate. Secondly, on the basis of the theory of beam bending, the distribution of normal stress and shear stress of the adhesive layer at the adhesive joint with the maximum tensile force is analyzed. It is proved that it is reasonable to estimate the maximum tensile force of adhesive joint by buckling load of laminated plate. Thirdly, the stress distribution of adhesive joints with different thickness is analyzed by ABAQUS finite element software, and the previous mechanical research is compared and verified. Finally, the future research work on adhesive properties of carbon fiber composites used in automobile is prospected. In this paper, the stress distribution state, strength performance and other factors which may affect the bonding joint are analyzed comprehensively by means of the stress analytical model and finite element simulation analysis of the adhesive joint. It is proved that it is feasible to use the initial buckling load of the composite carbon fiber laminated plate to estimate the maximum tensile force of the adhesive joint. The results of this paper provide a powerful guidance for the application of this technology in automotive lightweight.
