【摘要】:在大部分非常規(guī)超導體中,準粒子激發(fā)譜中存在著"線節(jié)點"或"點節(jié)點"。這些節(jié)點的存在,導致熱力學量和輸運系數(shù)在低溫區(qū)的溫度變化呈現(xiàn)冪次律。解析分析表明,外加的弱Zeeman磁場會顯著影響節(jié)點的結構。尤其是,預言在某些情況下Zeeman磁場可能在費米面上誘導出"面節(jié)點"。計算若干自旋單態(tài)和自旋三重態(tài)的電子比熱,結果顯示外加的弱Zeeman磁場對節(jié)點結構的影響會導致冪次律產(chǎn)生巨大變化。
[Abstract]:In most unconventional superconductors, there are "line nodes" or "point nodes" in the quasiparticle excitation spectra.The existence of these nodes leads to a power law for the temperature variation of thermodynamic quantities and transport coefficients in the low temperature region.Analytical analysis shows that the addition of weak Zeeman magnetic field will significantly affect the structure of the node.In particular, it is predicted that in some cases the Zeeman magnetic field may induce "plane nodes" on the Fermi surface.The electron specific heat of some spin single states and spin triplet states is calculated. The results show that the influence of the external weak Zeeman magnetic field on the structure of the nodes will result in a great change of the power law.
