EPP泡沫填充對鋁蜂窩壓縮性能的影響研究

【摘要】:采用準靜態(tài)軸向壓縮實驗和有限元仿真相結(jié)合的方法,對EPP泡沫(聚丙烯塑料發(fā)泡材料)填充對鋁蜂窩結(jié)構(gòu)壓縮性能的影響開展了研究。實驗發(fā)現(xiàn),相對空鋁蜂窩,EPP泡沫填充鋁蜂窩結(jié)構(gòu)的峰值力、平均抗壓強度和吸收能量分別提高了1.9%~43.33%、46.59%~179.53%和46.26%~179.04%。并且相對空鋁蜂窩與單獨EPP泡沫之和,泡沫填充結(jié)構(gòu)的平均抗壓強度和總吸能分別提高了2%~23.5%和3.9%~23.3%。此外,采用Ls-dyna軟件對EPP泡沫填充鋁蜂窩的破壞過程進行了仿真,發(fā)現(xiàn)EPP泡沫填充可以有效抵抗蜂窩壁變形,并且獲得了與實驗較吻合的破壞過程和位移曲線。研究表明,利用EPP泡沫填充鋁蜂窩,能有效改善鋁蜂窩結(jié)構(gòu)的軸向壓縮性能。
[Abstract]:The effect of EPP foam (polypropylene foaming material) on the compressive properties of aluminum honeycomb structure was studied by using quasi-static axial compression test and finite element simulation.The experimental results show that the average compressive strength, average compressive strength and absorption energy of aluminum honeycomb filled with EPP foam are increased by 1.9%, 43.33% and 46.599.53% and 46.26% respectively.Compared with the sum of empty aluminum honeycomb and single EPP foam, the average compressive strength and total energy absorption of the foam filled structure increased by 223.5% and 3.9% respectively.In addition, the failure process of aluminum honeycomb filled with EPP foam is simulated by using Ls-dyna software. It is found that EPP foam filling can effectively resist the deformation of honeycomb wall, and the failure process and displacement curve are in good agreement with the experimental results.The results show that aluminum honeycomb filled with EPP foam can effectively improve the axial compression performance of aluminum honeycomb structure.
