利用TG研究中低溫有機(jī)相變復(fù)合材料的耐熱性

【摘要】:用石蠟、硬脂酸、聚乙二醇(PEG_(4000))為相變主材料,活性炭和膨脹石墨為支撐材料,制備出不同配合比的復(fù)合中低溫有機(jī)相變材料,并利用熱重分析(TG)測(cè)試其受熱時(shí)的熱分解過(guò)程。活性炭和膨脹石墨的加入,可以提高硬脂酸基和石蠟基復(fù)合相變材料的起始熱分解溫度。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明,與其他實(shí)驗(yàn)樣品相比,PEG_(4000)與活性炭的質(zhì)量配合比為84%∶16%制得的PEG_(4000)/活性炭復(fù)合相變材料熱穩(wěn)定性較好,起始熱分解溫度為378℃,424℃時(shí)失重率為84%。
[Abstract]:Using paraffin, stearic acid, PEG4 000) as the main phase change material, activated carbon and expanded graphite as the supporting materials, the composite organic phase change materials with different mix ratio were prepared, and the thermal decomposition process of the phase change materials during heating was measured by thermogravimetric analysis (TG).The initial thermal decomposition temperature of stearic acid and paraffin based composite phase change materials can be increased by adding active carbon and expanded graphite.The results show that compared with other experimental samples, the mass mixture ratio of PEGMA4000) and activated carbon is 84: 16%, the thermal stability of the composite phase change material made of PEG_(4000)/ activated carbon is better, and the weight loss rate is 84% when the initial thermal decomposition temperature is 378 鈩,
