【摘要】：通過科技資源共享,面向區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,建立一支由學校教師、科研院所專家產(chǎn)學研充分融合的高水平教師隊伍;實現(xiàn)學校、科研院所的科技創(chuàng)新平臺、車間(工廠)和科技網(wǎng)絡資源的優(yōu)化配置和共享;搭建出釋放學�！蒲性核萍计髽I(yè)的科技潛能、服務于國家和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的橋梁;提高了學校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量和科技創(chuàng)新的能力,培養(yǎng)出眾多國家和地方經(jīng)濟建設需要的高級創(chuàng)新型人才和技能型人才。在建設特色優(yōu)勢的材料科學與工程學科的理論和實踐中取得了較好的成效。
[Abstract]:Through the sharing of science and technology resources, facing the development of regional economy, we should set up a high level teaching team with the full integration of teachers, experts, production, learning and research institutes, and realize the scientific and technological innovation platform of schools and scientific research institutes. The optimal allocation and sharing of workshop (factory) and scientific and technological network resources, the construction of a bridge to release the scientific and technological potential of the school-research institute-science and technology enterprise, and to serve the national and regional economic development; It has improved the quality of talent training and the ability of scientific and technological innovation in schools. Advanced innovative talents and skilled talents are cultivated in many countries and places for economic construction, and good results have been achieved in the theory and practice of materials science and engineering subject with special advantages.
