真空燒結反應合成WC鐵基耐磨材料的組織與性能

【摘要】:以鎢鐵和炭黑為原料采用真空燒結反應合成制備了WC鐵基耐磨材料,通過XRD、OM、SEM、EDS、硬度計與濕沙橡膠輪式磨損試驗機等研究其組織與性能。結果表明:在1250~1450℃的溫度區(qū)間內進行燒結,均可原位合成WC,同時生成少量Fe_3W_3C相;原位合成的WC顆粒細小,且彌散分布于基體,而Fe_3W_3C相隨溫度的升高而長大;當燒結溫度為1350℃時,材料的力學性能最佳,宏觀硬度高達56 HRC,磨損質量損失最小,其相對耐磨性為Q235鋼的27倍。
[Abstract]:WC iron based wear resistant material was synthesized by vacuum sintering reaction with tungsten iron and carbon black. The microstructure and properties of WC iron base wear resistant material were studied by means of XRDX OMU SEMN EDS, hardness tester and wet sand rubber wheel wear tester. The results showed that the sintering was carried out in the temperature range of 1250 ~ 1450 鈩,
