摻雜態(tài)聚苯胺的性能及其防腐應用研究進展

【摘要】:聚苯胺具有良好的導電性和獨特的摻雜-解摻雜特性,成為近年來備受關注的導電高分子材料,其特有的抗劃傷、抗點蝕和鈍化性能使其在金屬防腐領域擁有巨大的應用前景。聚苯胺結構中苯環(huán)的存在,使得其分子鏈具有較大剛性,而分子間氫鍵又導致其難溶、難熔、可加工性能較差,嚴重制約了聚苯胺的應用。摻雜過程能有效改善聚苯胺的某些性能,或賦予其新的功能,擴展聚苯胺的應用。本文綜述了聚苯胺的摻雜方式、摻雜機理、聚苯胺防腐材料的制備方法,以及其在金屬防腐領域的應用,展望了聚苯胺的研究和應用前景。
[Abstract]:Polyaniline with good electrical conductivity and unique doping-dedopant characteristics has become the focus of attention in recent years conductive polymer materials its unique scratch resistance. The properties of pitting and passivation make it have a great application prospect in the field of metal anticorrosion. The existence of benzene ring in the structure of Polyaniline makes its molecular chain more rigid, and the hydrogen bond between molecules leads to its insoluble and refractory. The poor processability seriously restricts the application of Polyaniline. The doping process can effectively improve some properties of Polyaniline or endow it with new functions and expand the application of Polyaniline. The doping methods of Polyaniline are reviewed in this paper. The doping mechanism, the preparation method of Polyaniline anticorrosive material and its application in metal anticorrosion field are discussed. The research and application prospect of Polyaniline are prospected.
