【摘要】:以礦用增強樹脂基無石棉閘瓦工況條件及運行參數(shù)為背景,以酚醛樹脂基復合材料閘瓦WSM 3為研究對象,選擇名義接觸壓力P、滑動速度υ、接觸面溫度T為可調(diào)參數(shù),考察三者與摩擦系數(shù)μ的關(guān)系。并通過3個可調(diào)參數(shù)的多種組合分析復合材料的摩擦學性能,實驗結(jié)果表明單參數(shù)、雙參數(shù)、三參數(shù)實驗方法在分析摩擦系數(shù)變化的不同性質(zhì)時各有利弊。建立組合參數(shù)與摩擦系數(shù)的關(guān)系對材料摩擦學設(shè)計具有重要意義,亦適用于其它材料的摩擦學性能實驗。
[Abstract]:Based on the operating conditions and operation parameters of mine reinforced resin-based non-asbestos brake shoe, taking phenolic resin matrix composite brake shoe WSM _ 3 as the research object, nominal contact pressure and sliding velocity were selected. The relationship between the three parameters and the friction coefficient 渭 was investigated. The tribological properties of the composites were analyzed by several combinations of three adjustable parameters. The experimental results show that the tribological properties of the composites are single parameter and double parameter. The three-parameter experimental method has its advantages and disadvantages in analyzing the different properties of friction coefficient. It is of great significance to establish the relationship between the combined parameters and the friction coefficient for the tribological design of materials. It is also suitable for tribological properties of other materials.
