【摘要】:采用液相還原法在攪拌反應(yīng)器內(nèi)進(jìn)行了納米鎳粉的制備研究。系統(tǒng)考察了反應(yīng)物濃度、反應(yīng)物配比(N2H4∶NiSO4)、引發(fā)劑濃度、氫氧化鈉濃度、反應(yīng)溫度、攪拌速度等操作條件對(duì)鎳粉物性的影響規(guī)律,獲得了較優(yōu)操作條件:NiSO4為0.8mol·L~(-1),反應(yīng)物配比為6∶1,NaBH4濃度為0.01mol·L~(-1),NaOH濃度為1mol·L~(-1),反應(yīng)溫度80℃,攪拌速度為2400r·min~(-1),在較優(yōu)條件下制備出常溫下穩(wěn)定性良好、平均粒徑107nm的面心立方結(jié)構(gòu)的納米鎳粉。
[Abstract]:The preparation of nanocrystalline nickel powder in a stirred reactor was studied by liquid phase reduction method. The concentration of reactants, the ratio of reactants N _ 2H _ 4: NiSO _ 4, the concentration of initiator and the concentration of sodium hydroxide were systematically investigated. The effect of reaction temperature and stirring speed on the physical properties of nickel powder was studied. The optimum operation conditions were obtained: the ratio of reaction material was 6: 1 and the reaction temperature was 0.8mol 路L ~ (-1). The concentration of NaBH4 was 0.01 mol 路L ~ (-1). The concentration of NaOH was 1 mol 路L ~ (-1). The reaction temperature was 80 鈩,
