改性PBT復(fù)合材料在水潤滑條件下的摩擦學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:通過熔融共混法制備聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)/聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、硅灰石/PBT復(fù)合材料及芳綸質(zhì)量分數(shù)為5%和10%的芳綸/PBT復(fù)合材料,對比分析4種改性PBT復(fù)合材料在水潤滑條件下的摩擦磨損性能。結(jié)果表明:在中低速下,4種復(fù)合材料摩擦因數(shù)比較穩(wěn)定,高速條件下,PTFE/PBT、硅灰石/PBT復(fù)合材料的摩擦因數(shù)逐漸上升,芳綸/PBT復(fù)合材料摩擦因數(shù)逐漸減小,其中芳綸質(zhì)量分數(shù)為5%的改性PBT復(fù)合材料在試驗時間內(nèi)平均摩擦因數(shù)最小,摩擦因數(shù)穩(wěn)定性最高;芳綸/PBT復(fù)合材料在試驗時間內(nèi)的磨損量明顯小于PTFE/PBT及硅灰石/PBT復(fù)合材料,其中芳綸質(zhì)量分數(shù)為5%的芳綸/PBT復(fù)合材料的磨損量最小;芳綸/PBT復(fù)合材料磨損機制主要為輕微的疲勞磨損,PTFE/PBT復(fù)合材料主要為黏著磨損,并伴隨輕微的疲勞磨損,硅灰石/PBT復(fù)合材料以磨粒磨損為主。
[Abstract]:PTFEN / PBT was prepared by melt blending method. Wollastonite / PBT composites and aramid / PBT composites with 5% and 10% aramid fiber mass fraction. The friction and wear properties of four modified PBT composites under water lubrication were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the friction coefficient of the four modified PBT composites was stable at medium and low speed and stable at high speed. The friction coefficient of PTFE- / PBT, wollastonite / PBT composites increases gradually, while the friction coefficient of aramid / PBT composites decreases. The average friction coefficient and the stability of the modified PBT composites with aramid fiber mass fraction 5% were the lowest and the highest in the test time. The wear rate of Aramid / PBT composites is obviously lower than that of PTFE/PBT and wollastonite / PBT composites during the test time. Aramid / PBT composites with aramid fiber mass fraction of 5% have the lowest wear rate. The wear mechanism of aramid / PBT composites is mainly mild fatigue wear. PTFE / PBT composites are mainly adhesive wear, accompanied by slight fatigue wear. Wollastonite / PBT composites are mainly abrasive wear.
