【摘要】:基于Reddy三階剪切板理論,將鋁基蜂窩芯層等效為一正交異性層,等效彈性參數(shù)由修正后的Gibson公式得出,對(duì)簡(jiǎn)支邊界條件下超橢圓蜂窩夾芯板彎曲振動(dòng)的固有頻率進(jìn)行了理論推導(dǎo),應(yīng)用具體算例與實(shí)驗(yàn)值和有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明本文方法具有較高的計(jì)算精度。研究了板寬、板厚和芯層胞元結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)簡(jiǎn)支邊界條件下超橢圓蜂窩夾芯板固有頻率的影響,并繪出相應(yīng)的曲線圖,該曲線圖對(duì)超橢圓蜂窩夾芯板的工程應(yīng)用具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Based on Reddy's third-order shear plate theory, the aluminum honeycomb core layer is equivalent to an orthotropic layer, and the equivalent elastic parameters are derived from the modified Gibson formula. The natural frequencies of bending vibration of hyperelliptic honeycomb sandwich panels under simply supported boundary conditions are derived theoretically, and the experimental results and finite element results are verified by an example. The results show that the proposed method has high accuracy. The effects of plate width, plate thickness and core layer cell structure parameters on the natural frequencies of hyperelliptic honeycomb sandwich panels under simply supported boundary conditions are studied, and the corresponding curves are drawn. The curves are of guiding significance for the engineering application of hyperelliptic honeycomb sandwich panels.
