微膠囊改性對不飽和聚酯自修復(fù)復(fù)合材料界面相容性的影響

【摘要】:采用硅烷偶聯(lián)劑乙烯基三乙氧硅烷(KH-151)與γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)分別對自修復(fù)微膠囊(MUF)進行表面處理改性得到MUF_1和MUF_2,并用KH-570對微膠囊進行接枝改性得到MUF_3,比較了改性劑種類、改性溫度和改性方法對微膠囊結(jié)構(gòu)及性能的影響,隨后通過OM、SEM、FTIR、XPS、TGA等對MUF的形貌、結(jié)構(gòu)及熱性能進行了表征。將改性MUF應(yīng)用于不飽和聚酯/碳纖維(UP/CF)復(fù)合材料中,研究了改性劑種類、改性溫度及改性方法對微膠囊與樹脂基體界面相容性的影響,并通過FTIR、TGA及力學(xué)性能測試考察了復(fù)合材料的結(jié)構(gòu)及性能。結(jié)果表明:于60℃表面處理改性得到的MUF_1和MUF_2形狀規(guī)則、表面粗糙;且接枝改性的效果優(yōu)于表面處理改性。此外,對MUF進行改性可以提高MUF與UP基體之間的界面結(jié)合力。幾種UP/CF/MUF復(fù)合材料中,UP/CF/MUF_3復(fù)合材料的綜合力學(xué)性能最佳,與UP/CF/未改性MUF復(fù)合材料相比,其拉伸強度提高了124.5%,沖擊強度提高了6.5%,彈性模量降低了20.4%,斷裂伸長率降低了3.8%,自修復(fù)效率可達(dá)70.77%。
[Abstract]:Self-repairing microcapsules were prepared by using silane coupling agent vinyltriethoxysilane (KH-151) and 緯 -methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane (KH-570) respectively. MUF_1 and MUF_2 were obtained by surface modification. MUF3 was obtained by graft modification of microcapsules with KH-570. The effects of modifiers, modification temperature and modification methods on the structure and properties of microcapsules were compared. The morphology, structure and thermal properties of MUF were characterized. The modified MUF was used in unsaturated polyester / carbon fiber / MUF composites. The effects of modifiers, modification temperature and modification methods on the interfacial compatibility between microcapsules and resin matrix were studied, and FTIR was used. The structure and properties of the composites were investigated by TGA and mechanical properties. The results showed that the MUF_1 and MUF_2 modified at 60 鈩,
