    前言：安全工程高等教育人才培養(yǎng)以開設學校的相關專業(yè)背景為其專業(yè)基礎,以學校隸屬的行業(yè)為依托,已形成了多種培養(yǎng)模式,適應面不寬,行業(yè)背景強的安全工程專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)格局。這種培養(yǎng)模式已影響了安全工程專業(yè)和學科的發(fā)展,而且其培養(yǎng)人才的知識結構不能滿足社會需求。如何培養(yǎng)能適應現(xiàn)代科學技術進步、滿足社會發(fā)展需要的安全科學專門人才,是安全工程高等教育發(fā)展所必須考慮的問題。本文對安全工程高等教育的培養(yǎng)目標、專業(yè)方向、人才培養(yǎng)模式等相關問題進行了探討,其目的是統(tǒng)一和完善安全工程高等教育人才培養(yǎng)計劃,促進安全工程高等教育的發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)適應社會發(fā)展需要的人才。
