堆放參數(shù)對(duì)瑞安礦煤堆自燃風(fēng)速的影響

【摘要】:為確定瑞安礦煤堆自燃的環(huán)境風(fēng)速,提高煤堆自燃的預(yù)判能力,使用COMSOL Multiphysics 5.0數(shù)值仿真軟件,開展了5個(gè)不同尺寸分別在孔隙率0.2~0.6和環(huán)境風(fēng)速0.05 m/s~13 m/s條件下堆放180 d的自熱-自燃過程數(shù)值模擬。結(jié)果表明,煤堆自燃風(fēng)速范圍因孔隙率和堆放參數(shù)不同而異,孔隙率越小煤堆的自燃風(fēng)速范圍越寬,且最小、最易、最大自燃風(fēng)速與孔隙率之間具有冪函數(shù)關(guān)系;影響煤堆最小、最易、最大自燃風(fēng)速顯著的參數(shù)分別為頂寬、底寬、高度、角度和孔隙率、孔隙率、高度和孔隙率,并構(gòu)建了三個(gè)自燃風(fēng)速的合理解算方程。
