【摘要】：為確保應(yīng)急方案的合理制定和災(zāi)后應(yīng)急物資的高效調(diào)度與使用,提高應(yīng)急物資儲備庫選址決策的科學(xué)性,引入非線性時間滿意度函數(shù),構(gòu)建基于時間滿意度的需求區(qū)域下應(yīng)急物資儲備庫選址優(yōu)化模型�？紤]儲備庫選址中時間因素的重要性和需求區(qū)域的差異,從需求區(qū)域的角度定義時間滿意水平。同時,考慮受災(zāi)規(guī)模和受災(zāi)程度的不同,用不同矩形需求區(qū)域描述物資需求點。利用蝙蝠算法(BA)求解模型,得到最優(yōu)的選址分配方案和各個需求區(qū)域的時間滿意度。結(jié)果表明,用BA算法能有效求得應(yīng)急物資儲備庫選址模型的最優(yōu)解,且在需求區(qū)域的不同時間滿意度偏好下,選址方案達(dá)到了較高的時間滿意度。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the rational formulation of emergency plan and the efficient scheduling and use of emergency materials after disaster, and to improve the scientific nature of emergency material storage location decision, the nonlinear time satisfaction function is introduced to construct the location optimization model of emergency material storage under the demand area based on time satisfaction. Considering the importance of time factor in storage location and the difference of demand area, the level of time satisfaction is defined from the point of view of demand area. At the same time, considering the difference of disaster scale and disaster degree, different rectangular demand areas are used to describe the material demand points. The bat algorithm (BA) is used to solve the model, and the optimal location allocation scheme and the time satisfaction of each demand area are obtained. The results show that the BA algorithm can effectively obtain the optimal solution of the emergency material storage location model, and the location scheme achieves high time satisfaction under the different time satisfaction preferences of the demand area.
