【摘要】：為簡(jiǎn)化危險(xiǎn)與可操作性(HAZOP)分析,需要建立一種基于模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)的石化裝置HAZOP分析節(jié)點(diǎn)重要度評(píng)價(jià)方法。首先構(gòu)建包括9個(gè)一級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)因素、3個(gè)二級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)因素的因素集和各評(píng)價(jià)因素的評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),用層次分析法(AHP)確定各評(píng)價(jià)因素的相對(duì)權(quán)重;然后建立因素集與評(píng)價(jià)集之間的隸屬度函數(shù);最后根據(jù)二級(jí)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果獲得節(jié)點(diǎn)重要度等級(jí)。以某石化加氫裂化裝置(28個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn))為分析實(shí)例,得到了裝置中所有節(jié)點(diǎn)的重要度量化評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí),非常重要的節(jié)點(diǎn)為6個(gè)、重要的節(jié)點(diǎn)為13個(gè)、一般節(jié)點(diǎn)為9個(gè);結(jié)果符合裝置安全管理的二八定律,驗(yàn)證了所建立的方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to simplify the risk and operability (HAZOP) analysis, a method for evaluating the importance of the HAZOP analysis node of the petrochemical plant based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation needs to be established. The method includes the following steps: firstly, constructing a factor set including nine primary evaluation factors, three secondary evaluation factors and an evaluation grade standard of each evaluation factor, and determining the relative weight of each evaluation factor by using a hierarchical analysis method (AHP); and then establishing a membership function between the factor set and the evaluation set; And finally obtaining the node importance level according to the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result. Taking a petrochemical hydrocracking unit (28 nodes) as an analysis example, the important measurement and evaluation grade of all the nodes in the device is obtained, the most important nodes are 6, the important nodes are 13, the general node is 9, the result is in accordance with the two-eight law of the device safety management, The effectiveness of the established method is verified.
