【摘要】：針對煤自燃預測預報時采用負壓束管監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)存在巷道氣體容易漏入束管中,使所監(jiān)測到的氣體成分和濃度不能真實反映監(jiān)測地點實際情況的問題,基于正壓輸送氣體方式在束管漏氣的情況下不失真的特點,提出以正壓束管監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)作為監(jiān)測采空區(qū)發(fā)火情況的方式,研制并測試了正壓束管監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。利用不同長度的束管在地面進行正壓輸送氣體試驗,采用正壓輸送氣體保證了氣體濃度不變,正壓束管所測得的數(shù)據(jù)能夠真實反映出煤自然發(fā)火狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the roadway gas can easily leak into the beam tube when the negative pressure beam tube monitoring system is used in the prediction and prediction of coal spontaneous combustion, the monitored gas composition and concentration can not truly reflect the actual situation of the monitoring site. Based on the fact that the positive pressure gas transport mode does not distort under the condition of gas leakage in the beam tube, the positive pressure beam tube monitoring system is proposed as the way to monitor the ignition in the goaf, and the positive pressure beam tube monitoring system is developed and tested. The positive pressure gas transport test is carried out on the ground with different lengths of beam tube. The positive pressure gas transportation gas is used to ensure that the gas concentration remains unchanged. The data measured by the positive pressure beam tube can truly reflect the spontaneous combustion state of coal.
