煤粒瓦斯變壓吸附數(shù)學模型及數(shù)值解算

【摘要】:為了驗證達西定律是煤粒瓦斯流動的普適性規(guī)律,在之前所做的不同形狀煤粒的定壓吸附解吸及變壓解吸實驗基礎上,設計了封閉空間內煤粒瓦斯變壓吸附實驗,分別得到42.976,11.600~13.800,3.350~4.000和1.180~1.400 mm四種不同粒徑的煤樣在0.5,1,2和4 MPa四種初始壓力下瓦斯累積吸附量隨時間的變化情況。基于達西和菲克定律,分別建立封閉空間內煤粒瓦斯變壓吸附數(shù)學模型。運用有限差分法計算模型,并編制Visual Basic計算機程序對方程進行解算,得到兩種模型在不同時間不同初始瓦斯壓力下的瓦斯累積吸附量。通過對比分析實驗和數(shù)值模擬得到的ln[1-(Q_t/Q_∞)~2]與t關系圖,發(fā)現(xiàn)封閉空間內煤粒瓦斯吸附過程同樣遵循達西定律。這與之前所做的一系列研究所得結論一致,即無論是吸附還是解吸過程,煤粒外部壓力變化與否,煤粒形狀如何,均可得到達西定律是煤粒瓦斯流動基本規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In order to verify that Darcy's law is universal for gas flow of coal particles, on the basis of the experiments of constant pressure adsorption and pressure swing desorption of coal particles of different shapes, the experiment of gas pressure swing adsorption of coal particles in closed space is designed, which is based on the experiments of constant pressure adsorption and pressure swing desorption of different shapes of coal particles. Four kinds of coal samples with different particle sizes were obtained: 42.976, 11.600 ~ 13.800, 3.350 ~ 4.000 and 1.180 ~ 1.400 mm, respectively, under the initial pressures of 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 MPa, the accumulative adsorption capacity of gas varied with time. Based on Darcy's law and Fick's law, the mathematical models of gas pressure swing adsorption of coal particles in closed space are established respectively. By using the finite difference method calculation model and Visual Basic computer program, the cumulative adsorption capacity of gas under different time and different initial gas pressure was obtained.
