基于煤低溫氧化試驗(yàn)下的標(biāo)志氣體優(yōu)選及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了解決口孜東礦121301工作面采空區(qū)遺煤自燃嚴(yán)重的問題,在對該礦121301工作面煤樣進(jìn)行低溫氧化試驗(yàn)分析后,提出了煤溫在30~100℃時(shí),以CO作為標(biāo)志氣體,在100~140℃時(shí),以C2H4作為標(biāo)志氣體,在140℃以上,以C3H8作為標(biāo)志氣體,并且以火災(zāi)系數(shù)R2作為輔助性指標(biāo)參數(shù),擬合出了標(biāo)志氣體濃度與溫度之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系式;在對121301工作面的實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,采用質(zhì)量守恒定律間接算得早期標(biāo)志氣體CO的濃度,采用埋管檢測C2H4、C3H8,提出了用函數(shù)關(guān)系式推算遺煤所處環(huán)境溫度的方法,把試驗(yàn)結(jié)果運(yùn)用到現(xiàn)場實(shí)踐中,取得效果良好。
