【摘要】：為了找出高溫高濕作業(yè)環(huán)境下人員勞動強度對生理、心理指標的影響規(guī)律,在實驗室建立了高溫高濕環(huán)境模擬體系。試驗人員選擇年齡相近、身體狀況相仿的50名在校大學生,設(shè)定了微風(風速小于1.5 m/s)及濕球黑球溫度(WBGT)為26℃、33℃、35℃、38℃以上4種環(huán)境條件,試驗人員按事先規(guī)定的運動方式從事極重體力勞動和重體力勞動負荷訓練,實時監(jiān)測人員心率和評價主觀疲勞程度,計算人員心血管負荷(CVL)和主觀疲勞程度,對數(shù)據(jù)進行相關(guān)性分析,并繪制不同勞動負荷、不同環(huán)境溫度下的柱狀趨勢圖。結(jié)果表明,在同等勞動負荷下,人員心血管負荷和主觀疲勞程度與環(huán)境溫度(WBGT)存在正相關(guān)性。根據(jù)人員心血管負荷預警級別,提出當作業(yè)環(huán)境溫度(WBGT)達到35℃及以上時,應(yīng)立即停止人員重體力和極重體力勞動負荷作業(yè)。根據(jù)試驗結(jié)果,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實際,提出從事高溫高濕作業(yè)的人員,應(yīng)合理安排勞動和作息,加強水鹽及營養(yǎng)的補充,加強個體健康監(jiān)護。
