離子色譜法同時測定工作場所空氣中8種酸性物質(zhì)

【摘要】:目的建立了同時測定工作場所空氣中八種酸性物質(zhì)(HF、HCl、HNO2、HBr、HNO3、H3PO4、H2SO4、HOOC-COOH)含量的離子色譜法。方法工作場所空氣中酸性物質(zhì)經(jīng)Na2CO3-Na HCO3吸收液采集后,經(jīng)Metrosep A Supp 4-250/4.0陰離子分析柱分離,以電導檢測器檢測,采用外標法進行定量分析。結果 F-、Cl-、NO2-、Br-、NO3-、PO43-、SO42-、-OOC-COO-的檢出限依次為0.021μg/ml、0.055μg/ml、0.368μg/ml、0.310μg/ml、0.132μg/ml、0.425μg/ml、0.216μg/ml、0.507μg/ml(S/N=3),且在相應濃度范圍內(nèi)線性關系良好(相關系數(shù)r均大于0.999)。相對標準偏差(RSD)值為1.1%~4.6%,加標回收率為95.4%~102.3%,采樣效率均大于97%,樣品在室溫狀態(tài)下可保存3 d。結論該方法準確性好,靈敏度高,且簡便快速,可同時測定工作場所空氣中多種酸性物質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish an ion chromatography method for simultaneous determination of eight acidic substances (HF,HCl,HNO2,HBr,HNO3,H3PO4,H2SO4,HOOC-COOH) in workplace air. Methods the acidic substances in the workplace air were collected by Na2CO3-Na HCO3 absorbent and separated by Metrosep A Supp 4-250% 4.0 anion analysis column, detected by conductance detector and quantitatively analyzed by external standard method. Results the detection limit of F-Cl-No _ 2-O _ 3-O _ 43-OOC-COO- was 0.021 渭 g / ml, 0.055 渭 g / ml, 0.368 渭 g / ml / ml, 0.310 渭 g / ml / ml, 0.132 渭 g / ml / ml, 0.425 渭 g / ml / ml, 0.216 渭 g / ml / ml, respectively. 0.507 渭 g/ml (S/N=3), and the linear relationship was good in the corresponding concentration range (r > 0.999). The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1.1 and 4.6, the recovery rate is 95.4 and 102.3, the sampling efficiency is more than 97, and the sample can be preserved for 3 days at room temperature. Conclusion the method is accurate, sensitive, simple and rapid, and can be used for simultaneous determination of many acidic substances in workplace air.
