煤礦安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)異常數(shù)據(jù)分析檢驗(yàn)方法

【摘要】:從煤礦安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)升級改造方案中對數(shù)據(jù)分析和偽數(shù)據(jù)識別的需求入手,以瓦斯數(shù)據(jù)為例,分析了3種最常見的偽數(shù)據(jù)類型及其產(chǎn)生原因。針對傳感器標(biāo)校產(chǎn)生的偽數(shù)據(jù),提出應(yīng)增加專門針對偽數(shù)據(jù)識別的標(biāo)校實(shí)驗(yàn);針對電磁干擾產(chǎn)生的偽數(shù)據(jù),提出通過預(yù)先在傳感器程序中埋入誤碼來模擬干擾點(diǎn)瓦斯?jié)舛戎档姆椒?針對傳輸或者設(shè)備故障產(chǎn)生的偽數(shù)據(jù),提出隨機(jī)制造傳感器或者傳輸線路故障,觀察數(shù)據(jù)處理結(jié)果的方法。對某廠家的安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行模擬檢驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Based on the requirement of data analysis and pseudo-data recognition in the upgrading scheme of coal mine safety monitoring system, three kinds of most common pseudo-data types and their causes are analyzed, taking gas data as an example. Aiming at the pseudo-data generated by sensor calibration, the calibration experiment for the identification of pseudo-data should be added. Aiming at the pseudo-data generated by electromagnetic interference, a method of simulating the gas concentration of interference points by embedding error codes in the sensor program is put forward. According to the pseudo data generated by transmission or equipment fault, the method of randomly manufacturing sensor or transmission line fault and observing the result of data processing is put forward. The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by simulating the safety monitoring system of a factory.
