項目群危險源管理研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,建筑規(guī)模逐漸擴大,許多的企業(yè)開始關(guān)注戰(zhàn)略實施方法,對于項目群管理越來越重視。而建筑業(yè)作為高風(fēng)險行業(yè),由于建設(shè)規(guī)模大,整個建設(shè)過程中參與人員多,安全問題十分嚴(yán)峻,事故的發(fā)生對自然環(huán)境、社會經(jīng)濟和人民生活都會產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的影響。導(dǎo)致事故的根源為施工現(xiàn)場中潛在的危險源,但是,國內(nèi)外目前對于項目群中危險源的研究較少。因此,本文以銅川市某小區(qū)建設(shè)為依托,對項目群危險源管理進行了研究。首先分析了項目群與單項目危險源管理的異同,建立了項目群危險源辨識的矩陣型組織結(jié)構(gòu)及危險源辨識數(shù)據(jù)庫。在項目壽命周期理論及PDCA循環(huán)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出了項目群危險源辨識的步驟,并繪制了從施工前、施工中、事故后及施工后危險源辨識的流程圖。接下來從縱向及橫向的角度對項目群建設(shè)過程中存在的危險源進行評價。在縱向評價中,結(jié)合了馬爾科夫理論、模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論及可靠性理論,建立了基于可靠性分析的模糊馬爾科夫模型。在橫向評價中,構(gòu)建了項目群中多個項目之間危險源的相關(guān)性評價指標(biāo)體系,建立了基于信息熵與D-S證據(jù)理論的相關(guān)性評價模型。最后建立了項目群危險源控制組織結(jié)構(gòu),從不同的角度對危險源的控制方式進行了分類,總結(jié)了危險源的控制方法,對危險源按照危險程度進行了分級并闡述了危險源分級控制。研究結(jié)果表明:將本文的危險源管理體系應(yīng)用到項目群建設(shè)過程當(dāng)中,可以有效的解決項目群危險源管理中存在的問題,從而降低安全事故的發(fā)生,取得良好的經(jīng)濟和社會效益。文章研究成果可以為類似項目的危險源管理提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economy and the expansion of construction scale, many enterprises begin to pay attention to the method of strategic implementation, and pay more and more attention to project group management. The construction industry as a high-risk industry, because of the large scale of construction, the entire construction process involved in a large number of people, security problems are very serious, accidents on the natural environment, social economy and people's lives will have a serious impact. The root cause of the accident is the potential hazard source in the construction site. However, there is little research on the hazard source in the project group at home and abroad. Therefore, based on the construction of a small district in Tongchuan City, this paper studies the risk source management of project group. Firstly, the similarities and differences between project group and single project risk source management are analyzed, and the matrix organization structure and risk source identification database of project group risk source identification are established. On the basis of project life cycle theory and PDCA cycle theory, the steps of hazard source identification of project group are summarized, and the flow charts of hazard source identification before, during, after accident and after construction are drawn. Then the risk sources in the construction of the project group are evaluated from the vertical and horizontal angles. In longitudinal evaluation, a fuzzy Markov model based on reliability analysis is established by combining Markov theory, fuzzy mathematics theory and reliability theory. In the horizontal evaluation, the correlation evaluation index system of multiple projects in the project group is constructed, and the correlation evaluation model based on information entropy and D-S evidence theory is established. Finally, the organization structure of the project group risk source control is established, the control methods of the hazard source are classified from different angles, and the control methods of the hazard source are summarized. The hazard source is classified according to the degree of danger and the classification control of hazard source is expounded. The results show that the application of the risk source management system to the project group construction process can effectively solve the problems in the project group risk source management, thereby reducing the occurrence of safety accidents. To achieve good economic and social benefits. The research results can provide a reference for the risk management of similar projects.
